The perception about reconciliation of family and work in many countries still sees the responsibility for women only. To affect these conditions, men in (future) leading positions should serve as good role models taking over new responsibilities. The project BREAKING PATTERNS set a series of measures in the field of leadership education for men in order to learn from successfull role models, to influence the perception of the public and to support the change of the pattern who has to take care for reconciliation of family and work....
